Naya Health · Marylebone

Naya Health is a specialist clinic in Marylebone offering rTMS, a non-invasive treatment for depression, anxiety, chronic pain and fatigue. No surgery, no anaesthetic, and you can stay on your current medication.

Physiotherapy for the brain

Think of it as physiotherapy for the brain. rTMS uses gentle magnetic pulses to stimulate the brain networks involved in mood, thinking and pain. Over a course of sessions, the aim is to help those networks work better together, so you can feel more like yourself again. Sessions take between 3 and 20 minutes, and you’re awake and comfortable throughout.

Personalised, not standard

Most clinics treat a standard spot. Naya personalises it. We use heart-brain coupling to help find the right target for you, and NayaScore™ to measure your starting point and track your progress. Treatment is led by consultant psychiatrists in a CQC-registered clinic, and if rTMS isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you.

Neuroplasticity

Symptoms live in networks. Networks can change.

Your brain is not fixed. Its connections can adapt with experience and repeated activity.

rTMS uses magnetic pulses to stimulate networks involved in mood, pain and thinking. Repeated sessions aim to support changes in how those networks work together. Your experience, assessment and progress guide the plan.

It isn’t only about symptoms. By activating neuroplasticity, rTMS can help people who simply want to optimise their cognitive fitness: sharper focus, clearer thinking and more mental energy for the things that matter.

Precision, made personal

Your brain. Your heart. Your treatment.

Most clinics treat a standard spot. At Naya, we look for the target that fits you.

Heart-brain coupling uses your heart’s response to stimulation to help identify a target connected to the brain’s regulatory networks. Your clinical assessment and NayaScore™ baseline bring the wider picture into focus.

A targeting tool within your clinical plan, not a guarantee of a better outcome. Your clinician will explain the evidence for your condition.

Where we work

Different areas. Different roles.

Mood, worry, focus and pain each lean on different brain networks. Your assessment and heart-brain coupling help decide where we stimulate.

Depression

Often less active in low mood. Stimulating it is the best-studied rTMS approach for depression.
