If you're reading this, you've probably looked at more than one option. Perhaps you've been offered TMS somewhere else, or you're weighing it against medication or therapy. Here's a straight account of what we do differently, and why it tends to matter for the outcome you get.

We measure before we treat

Most places offering rTMS start with a protocol. We start with a measurement. NayaScore™ tracks who you are over time: cognitive performance, autonomic regulation, sleep and biomarkers, using tools including the Cambridge Brain Sciences cognitive battery and the Ultrahuman Ring. NayaState™ reads where you are today, and runs the preparation before each session, because the same pulse lands differently depending on the state your brain is in.

Personalised targeting, not a fixed coordinate

Many clinics use one fixed scalp position for everyone. We test several candidate sites for each patient and measure how your heart responds at each one. The site with the strongest response, a sign the target brain network has engaged, is the one we treat. This approach was developed in the lab of Professor Alexander Sack, one of the most cited neuromodulation researchers in the world, who is Naya's Scientific Advisor. We also offer accelerated theta burst protocols for people who want a faster route to an answer.

A full clinical team, not a technician and a machine

Every patient is overseen by a multidisciplinary team: a consultant psychiatrist; our Chief Medical Officer, Dr William Dawson, a GMC-registered GP with nearly twenty years' clinical experience; a Maastricht-trained osteopath and senior TMS practitioner; and a clinical team who track your progress throughout.

Treating the whole picture

Depression alongside chronic pain, anxiety alongside brain fog, migraine alongside fatigue: these often share overlapping brain circuits. Rather than one specialist per symptom, we look at them together as one problem, so you only explain yourself once.

Built into how you live

Sleep, movement, breathwork and gratitude are part of every treatment plan, because they are part of how the brain changes. Our dedicated space at UNTIL Marylebone is calm rather than clinical, down to a signature scent developed with a neuroscientist.

How we compare

  • Targeting: sites tested for you and chosen on your own heart response, not a preset.
  • Oversight: psychiatrist, CMO, senior TMS practitioner and clinical team, not one operator.
  • Tracking: a broad picture of how you're changing, drawn from cognitive tests, your own reports of how you feel, grip strength, blood tests when needed, EEG and wearable data such as sleep, stress, strain and heart rate variability. We review it with you as you go.
  • Scope: the overlapping conditions underneath, not only the presenting symptom.

Results we're proud of

93% of the patients we've followed up with would recommend Naya, and 81% report a better quality of life. These come from an early, growing patient dataset, not a controlled trial, and individual results vary.

Why we built this

We started Naya for our sister, who was told at 37 to come to terms with her life being over. She was one of our first patients, and her sparkle is back. We treat everyone who comes through our doors as someone's sister.
