Naya is a recognised clinic with WPA for every condition we treat. Other insurers consider cover by application, and Bupa Global and Cigna consider every condition we treat, so approval is more likely. We'll support your application; we provide itemised invoices and a doctor’s letter to help. Focus & performance programmes are self-pay.
Pay for your first block of sessions when you book them and the next block when you reach it, pay in full, or spread the cost over 12 months at 0% with Humm. All applications are made directly with Humm and are subject to status and approval.
Many people simply carry on with their lives. If you’d like extra support, there are priced follow-on options: a maintenance course (about 16 sessions over three months, £4,800), a monthly continuity plan from £300 a month, or single sessions at £349. Your doctor will talk you through what fits, and you’ll always know the price before you decide.
Usually not. For some more complex situations, your doctor may suggest a consultant psychiatrist review (£499). We’ll tell you before anything is booked.
The doctor consultation is part of your programme. The fee (£299 with our GP, or £499 with a consultant) is only charged if you’re suitable for treatment but decide not to go ahead.
Always. You can pause, ask or talk things through at any point.
